Mitch Klann’s interest in real estate could be attributed to his upbringing on a family farm. Mitch began purchasing land when he was 18 which he grew into an 800-acre farm in Colorado. Mitch attributes his hard work ethic and his belief that “A job worth doing is a job worth doing right” to lessons learned very early on the farm.
Never venturing too far from real estate, Mitch purchased his first rental home in Tempe, Arizona in 1996, lived in and rented it to college friends, and performed the entire interior/exterior remodel of that same property. He still owns that same rental today, paid off with OPM (other people’s money) and since then has added numerous rental properties, land in Costa Rica, South Carolina, and Colorado to his real estate investment portfolio. One of his current projects include a short-term rental Mitch has designed and is owner building on a half-acre lot he purchased in Sedona in the community surrounding the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Mitch believes the best way to guide his clients to having a successful real estate portfolio, is to guide them from personal experience.
Mitch graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in civil and environmental engineering and a minor in business entrepreneurship and spent several years as a senior engineer and consultant at a prestigious firm. But that did not satisfy his strong entrepreneurial and philanthropic spirit. He has always seen himself as a consultant, and his thirst for life and for helping people led him to his current career. Mitch has done just that incorporating the very best systems, marketing and procedures in the industry and hiring a set of partner associates to develop his real estate business into one of the very best Arizona has to offer. Mitch takes great pride in having served on the Agent Leadership Council for two years and greatly enjoys teaching and taking part in training, committees and social activities at every opportunity. Mitch relishes every chance to give back to his community and volunteers, serves on boards and organizes charitable events with all of these great valley charities and organizations: R.E.A.C.T. (Real Estate Agents Caring Together), KW Cares, Vitalant Blood Drives, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Hope for the Homeless, 1 Mission, Montessori Educare Academy, Feed my Starving Children and many others. Mitch has embodied the quote by Elbert Hubbard “The reward of a good deed is in having done it.” The Good Deeds Team is the pinnacle of Mitch’s planning of incorporating “Good Deeds” into his real estate day to day business while also conducting the business of providing clients with “good deeds” in the form of home ownership or an investment real estate portfolio.
Mitch’s priority has always been to his family. He loves nothing more than spending time with his son, Mason, and watching him excel as a young man. Mitch has many hobbies and tries to do as many of them with his son or friends. He likes four-wheeling on Arizona’s beautiful trails, enjoys hiking, biking, and snowboarding, and he plays almost every sport. Mitch is a thrill-seeker and loves a good challenge, so naturally he has been skydiving, bungee jumping, gorge swinging in Africa, rock climbing, wind surfing and bogie boarding as well as river rafting down the rapids on the mighty Zambezi! In January 2008 Mitch summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, the 4th highest peak in the world, and in 2013, after nearly dying from a fall in Glacier National Park in 2012, Mitch was able to summit Mt. Rainier. Mitch has a goal to summit at least 5 but possible all 7 of the 7 summits. Mitch believes strongly in the saying, “A dream without a plan is just a wish” so he admits to having a fairly extensive spreadsheet for goal planning and a very long bucket list.

My primary goal is to help Mitch Klann and the Good Deeds Team achieve success. As a Senior Marketing Representative for Security Title Agency I deliver state of the art marketing tools, tips and information to broaden the Good Deeds Team’s reach, connect with more prospects and close more deals. I am integral to their business planning and marketing process and enjoy being an integral part of the success that Mitch Klann and the Good Deeds Team enjoys in the Arizona real estate market.
I am Married with 2 children, 2 fur kids and 2 grand pups. I have been in the real estate business for 23 years. I started as a Realtor which lead me to my interest in the title process, working my way up from a courier to a receptionist, receptionist to an assistant to an escrow officer and finally to manager at Security Title. It is my experience in every facet of the process that has made me an incredible asset and source of information to Mitch Klann and the Good Deeds Team. I love to shoot guns and I am currently restoring a 1984 C-10 truck. I believe that purchasing real estate is one of the biggest purchases of your life and find great pleasure in the confidence the Good Deeds Team has in me to guide their valued clients through the title process.
What sets me apart from the larger financial institutions and is the reason I partner with Mitch Klann and the Good Deeds Team, is the fact that I am a working owner with more than 35 years in the business. We are a local, independently owned mortgage banker. Our low overhead compared to the larger financial institutions means lower rates and better service for our clients. We underwrite, draw loan documents, and fund your loan right from our office. I am always available 7 days a week to answer your questions and serve the clients of the Good Deeds Team.
I started with Arizona Mortgage Specialists, Inc. in 2018 as a Loan Processor. Learning how to put loans together from the ground-up has made me a more efficient and knowledgeable Loan Officer. My goal is to provide the clients of the Good Deeds Team an effortless home-buying experience, and to make sure they know exactly what is happening with their loan at all times.
